You can now track and check changes made across your Channel Manager with the lifecycle audit functionality. This allows customers to self troubleshoot configuration changes and allows you to see which actions were performed by which user.

Channel Manager | Booking.com reservation retrieval

This feature enables the Channel Manager to retrieve reservations from Booking.com every minute or less. You’ll now receive information faster, reducing the chance of overbooking.

Channel Manager | Virtual credit card information from Expedia

Expedia will now send additional remittance information for selected markets (i.e Mexico). VCC balance and card activation date will be stored for visibility in the extranet and on confirmation emails. This feature will better equip hotels to remit the correct amount.

Insights | New tax toggle in Competitor Report & Rate Parity

The tax toggle provides the ability to view rate breakdown by tax exc. (base rate) and tax inc. (total price). This aims to provide consistent and accurate reporting so you can compare your rates across competitors.

Insights | World Hotel Index data now available for the past two years

This improvement allows you to view booking volumes for the past two years so you can track the impacts of COVID via data leading into 2020, during and as we enter a year with a vaccine.
