Channel Manager | Booking.com occupancy based pricing model

The Channel Manager now supports the occupancy-based pricing (OBP) model for Booking.com. OBP rooms are sold at a rate that varies depending on how many people are in the room. Appear in more search results and increase the occupancy of your more valuable rooms. By simply using this pricing model, you could see an average revenue increase of 3.5%!

  • To take advantage of this feature, you must switch to the OBP pricing model on Booking.com.

Channel Manager | 730 days of Inventory for Airbnb

You can now sell rooms and rates up to two years into the future on Airbnb.

The Channel Manager integration with Airbnb has been updated to allow for 730 days of inventory.

  • All hotels with an Airbnb integration are able to take advantage of this improvement.

Channel Manager | iHotelier XML Recon

iHotelier has released a new API that allows The Channel Manager to fetch rooms & rates data instead of scraping which is a more stable functionality.

Booking Engine | Feature enhancements

We have successfully migrated 92% of our customers to The New Booking Engine.

  • This month we've released the below enhancements:

    • Updated styling of the cookie banner, which aligns the design with the rest of The Booking Engine.

    • Mobile search bar collapses on scroll.

    • View more rates toggle

  • Also, we've updated the confirmation emails with a new design and new elements including:

    • Cancellation policy display

    • Promotion code confirmation (if applied)

    • Property images

    • GDPR consent

    • Better breakdown of rates

Demand Plus | Trivago

We have launched Trivago on Demand Plus! 🎉

Currently launched in AU, NZ and ASIA with around 400 properties live. We’re continuing our roll out to regions globally over the coming weeks.

Siteminder Pay | CM Pay

SiteMinder Pay is now available in The Channel Manager. You can now collect payments directly from The Channel Manager with two clicks. Saving you time from manually entering credit card information for each reservation.

  • SiteMinder Pay is now available for both SiteMinder and LittleHotelier in the following countries:

    • Australia

    • New Zealand

    • United States

    • United Kingdom

    • Ireland

    • France

    • Germany

    • Portugal

    • Italy
