Currently, Booking Performance users can view their performance across various channels, countries, room types & rate plans at a high level. However, isolating the performance of any single factor hasn’t been possible.

With this new feature update, users can now see how individual sources contribute to their performance, further empowering hoteliers to make informed decisions.

Currently it takes up to 2 business days to activate a customer's new SiteMinder Pay account. With self service sign up customers can discover, sign up and start processing payments in less than 10 minutes (subject to approval criteria).

Our latest feature update displays the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) on Visa and Master card transactions and will be shown on the pay dashboard for refunds.

This number can be provided to guests so they can track the status of a refund directly with their bank.
