SM Pay: Self Service Sign up Wizard (Global Release)

  • With self-service sign-up, customers can discover, sign up and start processing payments in under 10 minutes. This will significantly reduce the manual workload on our operational teams. Therefore our efficiencies are increased while the customer enjoys a swift set-up experience.

  • The new sign-up experience is now live for SM customers globally except for Mexico and Malaysia

SM Pay: Refund Tracking Number (ARN)

  • By releasing this feature, the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) will be shown on the pay dashboard for refunds. This number can be provided to guests so they can track the status of a refund with their bank.

SM Pay: Disputes

  • Payments are experiencing an above-average instance of Hoteliers losing their dispute claims. This enhancement looks to put in greater controls that provide Hoteliers with more context, whilst making the entire process less support dependent
