The Website Builder allows you to add widgets to your website. A Widget is an application for your website interface that allows you to provide functionality such as chat, a newsletter or blog feed.
Important: If you are not familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, we recommend that you consult a front-end web developer to complete this process as our Support Team won't be able to assist you with this setup.
Add a third-party Widget to all pages on your website
This option will display the widget to your entire website on every page.
To add a third party widget to your website:
In your Website Builder, click Advanced Settings
Click Third-party widget
Enter the widget URL or code.
Click Save to integrate the widget into your entire website
Click Preview Site to view the changes you have made to the website
If your website is already live, click Publish Changes to push the updates to your live website
The widget will now display on every page of your website.
Add a third-party widget on your website homepage only
This option will display the widget on your website homepage only.
To add a third-party widget to your homepage:
In your Website Builder, click Website Pages. This will take you to Home by default
Locate the Custom HMTL Widget at the bottom of the page and enter the HTML code within the provided space
Enable the Custom HTML Widget by checking the tick box
Click Save
Click Preview Site to view the changes you have made to the website
If your website is already live, click Publish Changes to push the updates to your live website
Your homepage will now display the new widget.
Add a third-party widget on a specific (custom) page only
This option will display the widget only on a specific page of your website. This feature only works for Custom pages.
To add a 3rd-party widget to a custom page:
In your Website Builder, click Website Pages
To add the widget to an existing custom page, select the Custom page on the left navigation panel
Add a new content block by selecting Add HTML Section
Enter the HTML code within the provided space
Click Save Page.
Click Preview Site to view the changes you have made to the website
If your website is already live, click Publish Changes to push the updates to your live website
The widget will now display on the selected custom page on your website.
