To activate the application in the SiteMinder Hotel App Store, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Signing up an application
To get started with an application from SiteMinder’s Hotel App Store you will need to sign up and activate an account with the application.
Information about all applications is available on the Hotel App Store. You can send a request to the application from their page on the SiteMinder Hotel App Store.
Step 2: Turning on your data connection
Applications available from the SiteMinder App Store power up with data from the SiteMinder channel manager or data from connected PMSs.
New SiteMinder customers: once your Channel Manager connection is up and running, your chosen application from the Hotel App Store will send you an activation request which, upon completion, will notify SiteMinder that you have confirmed the connection.
Step 3: Connection is made
Once you submit the activation form, our team here at SiteMinder will confirm, map the connection and you’re live!
