Instructions
STEP 1:
In order to map your GDS rates in SiteMinder's channel manager:
Go to the CHANNELS tab
Click ROOMS & RATES
Choose the GDS by SiteMinder Channel
Click Map to GDS by SiteMinder to choose the rate to map to
Enter the required information. Note: Click the information symbol to get info about each field.
STEP 2:
(a) For hotels who have migrated to a Rate Plan Format:
(b) For hotels who have not migrated to a Rate Plan format:
6. Click save
Important (if your Channel Manager is PMS integrated):
Once you've completed mapping all required room rates, initiate a 'push' of all inventory from your PMS to the Channel Manager to ensure the most up-to- date information is sent through.
(If you're unsure how to do this, please ask your PMS provider.)
