Getting Started:

We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the following information and optimisation tip:

How to manage content on your GDS by SiteMinder Account:

Your GDS by SiteMinder extranet will have already been configured with all of the information supplied on your optimised Setup Form. During the implementation process, your GDS by SiteMinder Team will provide you with a private link to training video tutorials.

(If you do not have the private GDS by SiteMinder customer link to the above training videos, please contact your regional GDS by SiteMinder team to request it.)

Important Note:

Please contact the GDS by SiteMinder team to advise if you have actioned any of the following after initial activation of your property:

  • Edited property basics (e.g. Property name or address)

  • Added a new Room Type

  • Added a new Rate Type

as you will require the assistance of the team to ensure full translation of the information that you've added/changed to the GDS.

Post Activation Information and FAQs:

Once your GDS by SiteMinder account is successfully activated, your property is available to be booked on Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo/ Galileo and Worldspan.

If you have any queries or issues with your Channel Manager connection (e.g. you need assistance with creating a new rate plan, mapping of PMS or OTA rates, troubleshooting incorrect inventory updates or overbookings, etc.), please contact the SiteMinder Support Team.
