If you have forgotten your GDS by SiteMinder password, you can use the forgot password feature to reset your password.
Click on Forgot Password.
Confirm the pre-populated Username is correct. If the username is correct, click on Submit.
Enter your First Name, Last Name and Email address, then click Submit.
Correctly answer the Security Questions
Enter a New Password and again to Confirm Password then click Save.
To view Credit Card data, additional validation of the account is required.
If you do not need to see credit card details, then click Skip Validation
To view credit card details:
Click Send Code. A code will be sent to your email address
Enter the code in the Security Code field and click Validate.
You will then be logged in and taken to GDS by SiteMinder home page
