⚠️ Important:

Reservation payment card details are no longer available in your current version of Direct Booking or Channel Manager.

Please schedule a call back with our support team so we can assist you to upgrade to the SiteMinder platform.

Once upgraded, you will be able to view guest payment details and gain access to the many benefits of the new platform.

Note: Guest payment card details are not included in booking confirmation, modification and cancellation e-mails, however they may be sent to your property management system (PMS).
