Our official payment gateway, SiteMinder Pay — also known as SiteMinder Payments in Channel Manager — ​​is a swift, simple, and secure way to process online payments.

SiteMinder Pay comes with an assortment of useful features; to access them, go to the Payments tab in your Channel Manager or Direct Booking Engine.

SiteMinder Pay must be activated before it can be used:

1. Channel Manager — click on your property’s name &gt; Property Settings &gt; Payments &gt; Activate SiteMinder Payments , and follow the instructions on the next screen.
2. Direct Booking Engine — click on Setup &gt; Property &gt; Payment &gt; under Payment Gateway , click Activate Now , and follow the instructions on the next screen.
