Direct Booking: Guest Modification

(ANZ release only - Other regions coming up soon!)

  • The ability to change reservations is in high demand. Now your guests will be able to modify the dates of their reservations via a self-service online interface. Any changes done by your guests will automatically be updated on your reservation table freeing up the inventory previously booked.

    What are the benefits?

    • Provide guests with additional flexibility by allowing them to modify their own reservations online.

    • Reduce cancellations by allowing guests to modify reservations easily.

    • Forget about spending time over the phone or via email changing reservations. Gain time back in your day to focus on what matters the most.

    You can enable/disable guest modifications in your SiteMinder Booking Engine at any time.

Channel Manager | Airbnb Update Amenity Values

  • Airbnb has made changes to the amenities they support. Now you can see all the amenity codes available in Airbnb listed in your Channel Manager as well.
