How to update your property policies
To update your property’s policies, follow the steps below.
Click on Setup.
Click on the Property tile.
Click on the Policies tab.
Enter or edit your Terms, conditions and privacy policy.
Enter or edit your Location instructions.
Select your Allowable Arrival Times.
Click on Save.
Note:
Once entered, your Location instructions and Privacy policy will be included in the guest’s booking confirmation e-mail and the Terms and conditions.
Customers will also see your Privacy policy when they visit your booking engine and are prompted to select their cookie preferences.
Guests can select their expected arrival time at the time of booking.
Guests can see your Terms and c onditions on the booking page’s Policies tab, however if you are using the older version of the booking engine, it will be shown at the bottom of the booking page instead.
