The following guide applies to a white label user only. If you are managing a group of properties on the channel manager and have a White Label, you can manage the group of accounts via your enterprise dashboard. Please contact Support if you are interested in having access on the group level. The following guide explains how White Label Users can use their enterprise dashboard. If you are interested in having an enterprise dashboard for your hotel group, please contact support for more information.
Dashboard
This is the first page you will see upon logging into the channel manager and provides an overall picture of the status and health of channel connections across all hotels. Clicking on any of the items on the dashboard will provide you with more detailed information.
Hotel Status
Hotel experiencing delayed updates: this will show the number of properties with at least one channel connection experiencing delayed updates.
Hotel with disabled channels connections: this will show the number of properties with at least one disabled channel connection. A channel may have been disabled due to a problem support have identified, which may require your attention.
Channel connections awaiting activation: this will show the number of channel connections that you have requested across the group that are still being prepared by the support team.
Reservations
Failed PMS reservation deliveries today: this will show the total number of reservations across all properties that have failed to deliver to the PMS.
Announcements
This area is used to share information with you, such as new channel connections being ready for you to add.
System Alerts / Channel Alerts / PMS Alerts
Here we will we will be able to inform you of connectivity or performance issues that may affect your properties. These messages are similar to those that would be viewable on a property's individual dashboard.
Manage hotels and users
Under this tab, you will be able to find more detailed information regarding statistics displayed on the Dashboard tab. You can access individual properties from here and you can also manage users.
Hotels
All Hotels: here you will find a list of all your properties. Click on a property name to see an overview of channels and hotel users connected to that hotel. Reservations can also be searched for from the bottom left of the property screen and the property's extranet can be accessed by clicking Hotel Extranet at the top right screen.
Awaiting Channel Activations: this will show the properties with channel connections that are still being prepared by the support team.
Disabled Channels: this will show the properties with at least one disabled channel connection. A channel may have been disabled due to a problem support have identified, which may require your attention.
Slow Channel Updates: here you will find a list of properties with at least one channel connection experiencing delayed updates. Click on the arrow next to a property name to see which channel is affected.
Hotel Users
Here you can create and remove users. You can also assign users to multiple properties.
All Hotel Users: this refers to hotelier users with access to one or more of your properties' channel manager accounts. They do not have access to your enterprise dashboard.
Orphaned: an orphaned user is a user account that is not attached to any hotel. Once a user account is attached to any number of properties, it is no longer considered 'orphaned'.
Disabled: a disabled user account is an account that is not currently enabled. The user account may not have been enabled when it was created or may have been automatically disabled for security reasons.
Inactive: an inactive user is a user account that has not logged in in the past 30 days. This classification has no bearing on the user account and is purely used as a way of classifying users based on their activity. Once the user logs-in the user is not considered 'Inactive' until another 30 days passes with no activity from the user.
Groups
Groups allow you to pull reports for specific sub-groupings of your properties. A hotel can be a member of multiple groups.
All Groups: Click here to view existing groups or to create new groups. Click on a group name to see which properties belong to it, or do add additional properties to a grouping.
Channels
Here you can see all channels available for your hotels to add to their accounts.
All Channels: Type a channel name to filter the results. Click on the channel name to view which of your hotels already have this channel connected. You can filter by status: slow, disabled and activation. On the right hand side you may see a system alert specific to this channel.
Reporting
Channel Analysis
Here you can run reports at group level.
Channel Summary: this report displays the channel performance statistics for a selected date range.
Channel Performance: produce reports that target and compare specific key metrics per channel, such as Total Earnings, Average Earnings per Reservation, Reservation Count, Total Room Count and Total Room Nights.
Channel Trends: use this report to identify trends by visualising and comparing your channels’ performance metrics
Channel Adoption: shows the number of properties connected to each channel across your group
Reservations
Reservation Deliveries
Failed Deliveries: shows all failed reservations across the group for PMS integrated hotels - view can be filtered by date. Select a Reservation ID to view the reason for failure.
Comms
Hotel Broadcasts
All Broadcasts: here you can see messages that have been sent to all hotel users across the group. You can view and search for previous messages as well as create new messages.
Setup
Users: White Label users have permission to view and change the inventory grid as well as the configuration for a property.
Note: White Label Users are unable to access credit card details.All Users: Here you can view, edit, add and delete White label users for the enterprise dashboard. If you wish to promote a Hotel User to a White Label User, you will first need to delete their Hotel User.
