Password guidelines
Here are some password guidelines to follow to help you keep your account, guest data, and your platform settings secure. Your password must:
have at least eight characters;
contain lower and upper case letters;
include at least one number;
be different from your last four passwords;
not have common words or personal information (like birthdates).
Note:
Don't share your password with anyone.
Don't write down passwords.
Don't save passwords in insecure files or e-mails.
Be cautious of suspicious individuals asking for your password.
If you believe your password is no longer secure, change your password immediately.
Reset your password
If you need to change your password for security reasons or you have forgotten it and are unable to log in, easily reset your password by following the steps below:
Go to the Login page.
Enter your E-mail address and click on Next.
Click on Forgot password.
Enter your e-mail address, then click on Send.
Check your e-mail inbox. Within 10 minutes, you should receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Click on Reset my password or copy the link into your browser.
In the New password field, write your new password (following the guidelines found above).
Enter the same password in the Confirm new password field.
Click on Reset password. You will be directed to the Login screen.
Note:
You must reset your password every 90 days to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
The password reset link is valid for 24 hours.
A password reset link will expire as soon as another password reset link is requested.
