Pause, cancel, or reactivate Demand Plus

If you would like to cancel your Demand Plus subscription, you can pause temporarily with a scheduled reactivation date, or suspend with no set reactivation date. If you suspend, you can reactivate again at any time.

When you cancel Demand Plus (pause or suspend), your property won't appear on metasearch sites Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor. Any existing Demand Plus reservations will stay active.

How to pause or suspend Demand Plus

To cancel Demand Plus, choose to temporarily pause with a set reactivation date, or suspend with no set reactivation date:

  1. Log in > My Apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Integrations > Demand Plus.

  2. Click Pause Demand Plus.

  3. Select 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or a custom date to temporarily pause. Your account will be automatically reactivated after this time.

  4. Select Suspend to cancel without a set reactivation date.

  5. Tell us your reason for pausing.

  6. Click Pause.

While Demand Plus is paused or suspended

While Demand Plus is paused or suspended:

  • Existing reservations will stay active.

  • These existing reservations will appear in future invoices.

  • Remember to review your monthly statement for any cancellations or no-shows.

How to reactivate Demand Plus

When you are ready to start taking direct bookings through metasearch channels Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor again, you can reactivate Demand Plus at any time.

  1. Log in > My Apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Integrations > Demand Plus.

  2. Click Reactivate Demand Plus.

💡 Note: It might take a few days for your rates to show up again on Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor.
