Multi-Property: Manage your Properties list
Updated over a week ago

💡 Important to know:

  • To view your Properties list, go to Multi-Property > Properties page > Properties tab.

  • Brands and clusters are the categories used to filter your search results. They cannot be created from the Properties page, only added or removed from a property.

The Properties list is a single location where you can find specific properties, view their details, and access their channel manager. In this article you’ll learn how to find specific properties to view and configure them.

Filter your Properties list

You can filter the properties list in multiple ways. To find a property by name, use the search box.

You can also filter your properties based on the brands and clusters you have organised them into.

➕ Example:

Let’s say you manage two hotel chains, A and B. Both chains operate hotels in beaches and cities. You should create an “A” and “B” brand, one for each chain, and create separate “beach” and “city” clusters.

Once you’ve assigned these to the relevant properties, you’ll be able to use them to filter your search results. For example, you can filter your results to only display brand “A” hotels located at the “beach”.

View individual properties

Clicking on a property’s name or its (...) button gives you access to its details. This button also provide access to a property’s channel manager.
