Create and manage clusters in Multi-Property
Updated over a week ago

Use clusters in Multi-Property to organize properties into flexible, overlapping groups based on your needs. Create multiple clusters for each property to filter them quickly, manage rate plans in bulk, and analyze performance by cluster in Multi-Property Insights.

About clusters

Clusters help you:

  • Filter and bulk select properties when managing rate plans

  • Run reports by cluster in the Insights page

  • Group properties in multiple ways - properties can belong to several clusters

  • Organise properties by location, property type, market position, or any criteria you choose

Unlike brands which are limited to one per property, clusters offer flexible grouping - assign properties to multiple clusters and organize them in nested groups like Country > State > City.

➕ For example:

  • Single cluster: Create a "Beach" cluster to group all your beachside properties.

  • Cluster tree: Create location-based clusters like Country > State > City to organise properties geographically.

Create a cluster

To create a new cluster:

  1. Go to Multi-Property > Properties > Clusters tab.

  2. Click Add cluster.

  3. Enter a unique name.

  4. Choose a color (optional).

  5. Select the cluster type: Single cluster or Cluster tree.

  6. For cluster trees, add names for each sub-cluster.

  7. Click Save.

Assign properties to a cluster

To assign properties to a cluster:

  1. Go to Multi-Property > Properties > Clusters tab.

  2. Click on a cluster.

  3. Click Add properties.

  4. Select the properties to assign.

  5. Click Save.

💡 Note:

  • For cluster trees, add properties to specific clusters within the tree

  • Properties cannot be assigned to a cluster if they're already assigned higher in the tree

Edit or delete a cluster

To edit or delete a cluster:

  1. Go to Multi-Property > Properties > Clusters tab.

  2. Click on the cluster.

  3. To edit the name, click the pencil icon and enter a new name.

  4. To change the color, click the color picker.

  5. To delete the cluster, click the ellipsis button (three dots button), then click Delete.

⚠️ Note that deleted clusters cannot be recovered, and all properties will be unassigned from deleted clusters.
