Access the Health check page in Multi-Property to monitor and resolve distribution issues across your property portfolio. View errors and warnings that need attention, and take immediate action to prevent discrepancies and overbookings.
To access the Health check page:
Go to Multi-Property > Health check.
The Health check page shows these errors and messages:
Failed reservation deliveries — View bookings that failed to reach your property systems (PMS/CRS/RMS) due to connection issues, system performance, or incorrect mapping
Distribution and system status — View alerts about connection problems affecting inventory updates, reservations, or system maintenance
Mapping errors — View errors when rates don't match between SiteMinder and your connected channels
Delayed channel updates — View alerts when inventory updates to channels are taking longer than expected to sync
Disabled channels — View channels that are disabled, either by choice or due to an error
Disabled channel rates — View specific channel rates that are disabled for channels
Channels awaiting setup — View channel rates being configured by our team
Suggested rate plans — View unassigned rate plans and suggestions for new Multi-Property rate plans
💡 When creating rate plans, use consistent names across your properties if they share the same settings. Different names for the same type of rate plan will create unnecessary duplicates.
For example, these similar names will create two separate suggestions:
"Direct booking offer Bed & Breakfast"
"Direct booking offer B&B"
