About bulk mapping in Multi-Property
Multi-Property lets you map room rates in bulk across your properties. This saves time and helps you identify unmapped rates quickly to prevent overbookings.
Before you start mapping in Multi-Property, note that your properties need:
Active connections to channels, direct booking engines and systems.
Multi-property rate plans created and connected to your properties.
Room rates created in each channel's extranet (wait at least 60 minutes).
Matching room rate codes between Multi-Property and your connected PMS/RMS/CRS.
Map room rates to channels
To map room rates to channels in Multi-Property:
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Click on the rate plan you want to map.
Click the ellipsis button (three dots button) and select Distribute to channel.
Select a channel or direct booking engine and click Next.
Choose the channel rate for each room rate.
Click a property name to view its room rates.
For each room rate, click the drop-down menu and select the channel rate to map to.
Set Start updating channel to Yes to begin syncing rates.
Fill in any additional required fields.
Review your selections and click Distribute.
Map room rates to your PMS, CRS or RMS in Multi-Property
To map room rates to your connected systems in Multi-Property:
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Find the rate plan you want to map and click Unmapped rates.
In the Info tab, find the system you want to map to and click Map now.
Select properties and room rates to map.
Enter the rate code that matches the code in your system.
Review your selections and click Map.
