Connect properties to a rate plan in Multi-Property

When you create a rate plan in Multi-Property, you'll need to connect it to your properties. This creates individual rate plans for each property, letting you manage rates efficiently across your portfolio.

Connect properties and room types to a Multi-Property rate plan

To connect properties to a Multi-Property rate plan:

  1. Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.

  1. Click on the rate plan you want to connect.

  1. Click the ellipsis button (three dots button) and select Connect properties.

  1. Tick a property's checkbox to include all its room types.

  2. Or tick specific room types within each property.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Enable default stop sell if needed. When enabled, all new dates in the inventory grid will get a stop sell until manually overridden.

  5. Choose if availability should be linked to the room type (recommended) or managed independently.

  6. Enter the included occupants — number of guests included in the room rate.

  7. Enter the full rate — default rate applied to dates without a price in the Inventory.

  8. Enter the extra adult rate — charge per night per extra adult.

  9. Enter the extra child rate — charge per night per extra child.

  10. Enter the single guest discount — amount or percentage discount for single guest stays when included occupancy is "2" or more.

  11. Click Connect properties to create the rate plan and room rates.
