Use rate plan tags to organise and manage your rate plans by categories such as meal inclusion, rate type, distribution type, or market segmentation. Tags help you filter and find rate plans quickly, making it easier to analyse performance and improve revenue strategies.
Add tags to your rate plans
Before adding tags, think about what categories would be most useful for filtering your rate plans. You can add multiple tags to a single rate plan, and create new tags as needed.
To add a tag to a rate plan:
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Find your rate plan in the list.
Click the ellipsis button (three dots button).
Click Edit rate plan.
In the Tags field, select an existing tag or type a new keyword (for example, "Corporate" or "Non-refundable").
Click Save.
Filter rate plans by tags
Once you've added tags, you can easily filter your rate plans to find what you need:
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Click the All tags drop-down menu.
Select one or more tags to filter your rate plans.
