  1. Go to the Properties tab (not the Properties page on the left column).

  2. Review the following three tabs on the table:

    • Properties the properties in your portfolio that are assigned to the multi-property rate plan (and are also using the SiteMinder platform).

    • Distributed rates the room rate(s) currently distributed via your direct booking engines.

    • Suspended the room rate(s) currently suspended and not distributed via your direct booking engines.

  3. Click on the ellipsis button (...).

  4. In the Actions menu, select Distribute. (This option will not be available if you have not selected a Default language, Name, and Description.

  5. Tick the checkbox next to any specific room rate(s) that you want to distribute on your direct booking engine, or if you want to tick all of a property’s room rates, tick the checkbox next to its name.

  6. Click on Show more to see more of your properties’ room rates.

  7. When ready, click on Distribute — the selected room rate(s) will now be distributed via the selected properties’ direct booking engines.

💡 Note:

  • Room rates that have already been distributed are filtered out and not included on the table.

  • If a rate plan’s name and description have not been entered using the corresponding property’s primary language (default language or translation), then the property and its room rates cannot be distributed (and will therefore be greyed out on the table).
