Multi-Property users can access all properties in your Multi-Property portfolio.
Note: User management is only available to Multi-Property users with Admin permissions.
Create a Multi-Property user
To create a new Multi-Property user:
Go to Multi-Property > Admin > Users tab.
Click Add user.
Enter the user details and select their Multi-Property role.
Click Confirm.
There are two Multi-Property roles available:
General - access to Multi-Property excluding user management
Admin - access to Multi-Property including user management (can create, edit and delete Multi-Property users)
The new Multi-Property user will receive an activation e-mail to complete their account setup.
Edit or delete a Multi-Property user
To manage existing Multi-Property users:
Go to Multi-Property > Admin > Users tab.
Select a user to view their full Multi-Property details.
Edit user details by clicking the edit buttons.
To delete a user, click the ellipsis button (three dots button) > Delete user.
💡 A user's e-mail address cannot be edited. To change an e-mail address, delete the Multi-Property user and create a new user with the same details but with the new e-mail address.
⚠️ Deleted Multi-Property user accounts cannot be recovered.
⚠️ Each person must have their own Multi-Property user account. Sharing accounts creates security risks for your properties and guests. This follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
