View the channels and connectivities connected to properties across your enterprise.

Get a quick view of the channels and connectivities (property management systems; PMS, or revenue management systems; RMS) connected to properties across your enterprise. Go to Distribution > Adoption tab to view:

  • Channel adoption — view the channels your properties are connected to across your enterprise.

  • Connectivity adoption — view the connectivities (PMS or RMS) your properties are connected to across your enterprise.

Channel adoption

To view a list of all the channels your properties are connected to across your enterprise:

  1. Go to Distribution > Adoption tab.

  2. Click Manage on the Channel adoption tile. This will show all the channels and the number of properties connected to each channel.

  3. Click on a channel row to see a list of properties connected to the channel along with their status (enabled, disabled, awaiting setup).

  4. Click on a property name to go to the property’s channel configuration page in multi-property. (If you are using Multi-property Lite, you will be redirected to the property’s channel configuration page in your SiteMinder platform.)

Connectivity adoption

To view a list of all the connectivities (property management systems; PMS, or revenue management systems; RMS) your properties are connected to across your enterprise:

  1. Go to Distribution > Connectivity tab.

  2. Click Manage on the Connectivity adoption tile. This will show all the connectivities (PMS or RMS) and the number of properties connected to each..

  3. Click on a connectivity row to see a list of properties connected to each PMS or RMS, which will also show if they are inventory enabled and/or reservations enabled.

  4. Click on a property name to go to the connectivities (PMS or RMS) management page for that property in your SiteMinder platform.
