This article explains how you will be notified once the guest submits a Check-in form and how you can view the data the guest submitted.

Email notifications for check-in messages

Set up email notifications for Guest Engagement to receive alerts when guests submit their check-in forms. You can add multiple email addresses to receive these notifications.

To set up notification emails for Guest Engagement:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Enter the email address for Check in messages.

View check-in data in Guest Engagement

Access the data guests submit through their check-in forms, including any signatures or document images.

To view submitted check-in form data:

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Guest activities > Check-ins.

  2. Click the guest's name to open their Guest profile.

  3. Select the Check-in form tab.
