Email notifications for check-in messages
Set up email notifications for Guest Engagement to receive alerts when guests submit their check-in forms. You can add multiple email addresses to receive these notifications.
To set up notification emails for Guest Engagement:
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Enter the email address for Check in messages.
View check-in data in Guest Engagement
Access the data guests submit through their check-in forms, including any signatures or document images.
To view submitted check-in form data:
In Guest Engagement, go to Guest activities > Check-ins.
Click the guest's name to open their Guest profile.
Select the Check-in form tab.
