About the Lifecycle Audit

Sometimes you might want to find out when certain changes where made in your channel manager and by which user.

The Lifecycle Audit is a feature of the channel manager that allows you to check the Audit logs for your channel manager room rates, your channel room rates, your channel settings, and the yield rules set up in your channel manager.

Audit logs will let you check which actions were performed when by which user.

(If the user has been masked with asterisks (i.e. **) in the Audit log, this means that the user was a SiteMinder employee. If you require more information about this particular action, please reach out to our Support team.)

Please note:
Some life cycle actions may not be reflected within audits that were actioned prior to February 2021.
