To assist with the technical reservation delivery troubleshooting for Property Management System (PMS) , you can download and view PMS reservation message XML files.
To download the PMS reservation message XML file please follow these steps:
Click RESERVATIONS
Enter your search criteria and click the search icon to locate the reservation
Click the Reservation ID number to view the booking summary
Click the tab with the name of your PMS on the booking summary (note: if your Channel Manager is not connected to a PMS, then this tab won 't be present in the booking summary)
Click the download icon to download the XML message
The XML file it's now downloaded to your computer. You can open the file with a text editor like notepad.
