Benefits of connecting Hotelbeds
HotelBeds is a global business-to-business company and prominent bedbank (a wholesaler that purchases rooms in bulk from accommodation providers and sells them to small online travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and others).
They offer numerous additional services like transfers, activities, tickets, and car rentals to help properties up-sell and cross-sell products.
Updates supported by Hotelbeds
Our platform sends inventory updates to Hotelbeds that include the following data:
Rates and occupancy
Rates shown on the Inventory page
Availability
Restrictions
Minimum stay — also called ‘minimum stay on arrival’, this restriction only applies to the check-in day. For example, if you set this restriction to ‘3 night minimum stay’ for 2 June, and a guest wants to book a two-night reservation starting on 1 June, they will still be able to make the reservation.
Maximum stay — also called ‘maximum stay on arrival’, this restriction only applies to the check-in day.
Stop sell
💡Note:
If you do not understand the terms above, learn more about your inventory.
Channels that accept stop sells can also accept your platform’s release period.
Hotelbeds does not support closed to arrival (CTA) and closed to departure (CTD).
Hotelbeds has a maximum inventory update period of 750 days.

Reservation e-mails
When a reservation is created, modified, or cancelled through Hotelbeds (and we have received those updates into our platform), our system will send you the corresponding notification e-mails instead of Hotelbeds sending them to you.
💡Note:
The reservation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address set under your Hotelbed’s Channel settings.
There is an exception for properties that only have HSI (inventory updates) enabled for Hotelbeds. In this case, properties will receive e-mails from Hotelbeds with the reservation details attached as a PDF.
Step 6: map your rates to Hotelbeds
You can now map your room rates to Hotelbeds.
Step 7: check your inventory and enable Hotelbeds
Once you have completed mapping, follow these steps:
