⚠️ Warning:
Informing your guests about present and possible dangers at your property is critical, especially for those with disabilities, children, and/or pets.
You must provide your guests with the utmost safety when staying at your property.
If you have weapons at your property, Airbnb requires them to be properly stored and secured.
Airbnb not only requires hosts to inform guests of any security cameras and/or recording devices in any common areas — even if they will not be used during a guest’s stay — but also prohibits them in private spaces, such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or other sleeping areas.
