Choose when to show your survey or direct guests to Tripadvisor
Control whether guests see your feedback survey, are sent to Tripadvisor, or both.
Go to Guest Engagement > Feedback > Settings.
Select your preferred Survey status. Choose to show your survey form for ratings 3 and below, 4 and below, or 5 and below.
To enable Tripadvisor integration, in the Review provider, select Tripadvisor.
Choose your Review collection threshold. Options are: Always, Collect reviews if rating 3 and above, Collect reviews if rating 4 and above, Collect reviews only if rating 5, or Disabled.
Set up feedback notifications
To set up e-mail notifications for completed Guest Engagement surveys:
Go to Guest Engagement > Settings > Notifications.
Enter the desired e-mail address in the Feedback field.
💡 To send notifications to multiple e-mail addresses, separate each address with a comma.
View guest feedback
To view individual survey responses:
Go to Guest Engagement > Guest activity > Feedback.
Select either Post-stay feedback or During-stay feedback tab.
Click the guest's name to open their profile.
Select the Post-stay feedback tab to view their survey results.
Access feedback analytics
To view overall feedback performance:
Go to Guest Engagement > Analytics > Feedback.
From here you can view:
Post-stay rating: See guest satisfaction trends, e-mail statistics, and rating breakdowns.
Survey results: View aggregated survey responses filtered by daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
