You can be notified via email if a reservation fails to be delivered to your PMS. Follow the steps below to set your reservation delivery failure email address(es).
In the Channel Manager:
Click the PMS Name at the top of the screen.
In the Settings tab, enter the email address where you'd like Reservation Delivery Failure Emails to be sent.
Click Save.
If a PMS reservation delivery fails, a notification will now be sent to the email address(es) you entered.
