Multi-Property basics
Multi-Property is an enterprise-grade distribution management solution that enables the management of chains and groups of properties.
Thanks to its centralised view of properties, Multi-Property can be used to have all connections in sight, make informed decisions, and deploy new campaigns and distribution strategies across multiple properties in minutes.
💡 Individual property users can still manage their property from the channel manager, while Multi-Property users will be able to perform tasks across multiple properties.
Multi-Property benefits
Organisation tools: brands and clusters
A hotel group can be organised and grouped by brands and clusters to reflect ownership type, market positioning, regional presence, staff responsibilities, brand structure, location, future growth, and much more.
➕ For example, picture a revenue manager managing: A Hotels, B Resorts, and C Hostels. Some properties are located in the mountains, some in cities, and some close to the beach. So they can create and organise their property by:
A Hotels, B Resorts, and C Hostels as brands.
Mountain, City, and Beach as clusters.
Bulk actions for multiple properties
Complex distribution strategies can be managed and applied across multiple properties, clusters, and brands from a single view. Multi-Property allows its users to configure updates including promotions and offers in bulk by updating each properties’ channel manager and save time by empowering properties to perform bulk mapping of room rates with connectivities* and channels.
➕ For example, from Multi-Property a revenue manager could quickly launch a campaign called “Double room - Valentine’s Day offer” in all their selected properties, without going to each property’s channel manager to do so.
*Connectivities refers to property management system (PMS), central reservations system (CRS), or revenue management system (RMS).
Management of channel distribution and connectivity mapping across properties
When managing many properties, switching to each of them to perform connection health checks can take time. With Multi-Property, all properties’ connections are available on the same screen, helping to get a better understanding of the health of all the connections.
Fully customisable reports
Reports with data from a portfolio of properties can be helpful for analytics and strategy. With Multi-Property, users can create and save personalised reports using a pivot table with data from all their selected properties and a wide range of dimensions, metrics, and aggregations to choose from.
