💡 Important to know:

  • Brands and clusters are the categories used to filter your Property list’s search results. They cannot be created from the Properties page, only added or removed from a property.

  • To edit your property’s address, you need to navigate to a property’s channel manager from the View in channel manager button.

  • You can also bulk edit your room type configuration and connectivity codes for all properties in your portfolio at once.

Selecting a single property in the Properties list opens its Property details page. This page contains a property’s brand, address, time zone, clusters, and room type information. This article covers how these settings can be managed from the Property details page.

Manage a property’s brand

Go to the Properties page > Properties tab > click on any property to view its details.

From this page, you can view the brand that has been assigned to a property.

Properties cannot have more than one brand assigned to them at any time.

Manage a property’s clusters

From this page, click on the Clusters tab. This tab is where you can view all the clusters assigned to a property.

Clusters can only be added or removed from this tab.

Edit a property’s room type configurations

Go to the Properties page > Properties tab > click on any property to view its details.

From this page, click on the Room types tab, all the room types that are drawn from the property’s channel manager are listed. For each of these, you can edit the default rate configuration, which sets the values used when creating new rates in bulk for this room type:

  • Included occupants - the number of guests included in the rate.

  • Full rate (required) - this price will be used to pre-populate the inventory grid for dates without any price yet.

  • Extra adult rate - the price you want to charge per night per each extra adult.

  • Extra child rate - the price you want to charge per night per each extra child.

  • Single guest discount - use this option to add a discount by amount or percentage for single guest stays.

Editing any of the above values won’t modify current rates belonging to a selected room type or its mapped rates. These settings are only applied to newly created rates after assigning the room type to a rate plan.
