Manage Reservation tab

Booking.com reservations have a special tab called "Manage Reservation" that appears when opening the reservation in the system.

From this tab it's possible to do all the actions outlined in the rest of this article.

To see find the Manage Reservations tab:

  1. Click the RESERVATIONS tab at the top of your Channel Manager and follow the steps outlined in

  2. In the search results, click on the Reservation ID number * of a reservation from *Booking.com. This will open the Booking Summary, from the RESERVATION DETAILS tab.

  3. At the top of the Booking Summary window, you can click on the tab MANAGE RESERVATION to switch to it.

Note : This functionality is only available for reservations received from Booking.com


Report payment card as invalid to Booking.com

After you reach the Manage Reservations tab in a Booking.com reservation:

  1. Click Report payment card as invalid to Booking.com

  2. If successfully reported a green confirmation window will appear

  3. If an error occurred, a red confirmation window will appear. If you require further information, please check the Booking.com extranet.


Request cancellation of reservation to Booking.com due to invalid payment card

After you reach the Manage Reservations tab in a Booking.com reservation:

  1. Click Request cancellation of reservation to Booking.com due to invalid payment card

  2. Upon a successful request a green confirmation window will appear. You should expect to receive a reservation cancellation from Booking.com shortly.

  3. If an error occurred, a red confirmation window will appear. If you require further information, please check the Booking.com extranet.


Request Booking.com to mark reservation as a no-show

After you reach the Manage Reservations tab in a Booking.com reservation:

  1. Click Request Booking.com to mark reservation as a no-show

  2. By default each room within the reservation is selected, untick if you do not want a room to be reported as no-show

  3. For each room to be reported as no-show select Would you like to waive the no-show fee for this reservation? Yes or No.

  4. To submit the request to Booking.com click Yes, mark as a no-show

  5. Upon a successful request a green confirmation window will appear.

  6. If an error occurred, a red confirmation window will appear. If you require further information, please check the Booking.com extranet.
