Important: If you are using the booking engine, the channel managerinclusion settings will override the booking engine settings. We recommend managing your inclusions from the channel manager to avoid any conflict.
Inclusions are an important part of attracting guests and as such can make the difference between a guest choosing your property or someone else's.
For example, transfers, breakfasts, in-room wifi, and pay/cable-TV. Typically, inclusions appear on a booking channel when you hover your mouse over the price of a room.
To add or update channel rate inclusions:
Click CHANNELS
Click on the channel you would like to add or update inclusions for
Under the ROOMS & RATES tab, click on the channel rate and select CONFIGURE
Select the CHANNEL INCLUSIONS tab from the pop-up window
Note : All channels do not support inclusions. If you cannot see the CHANNEL INCLUSIONS tab, this means that the channel doesn 't support it.
Enter your inclusions in the text box
Click Save
The inclusions entered in the channel manager will be pushed on to the selected booking channel and will be applied to all the dates and rooms in the inventory.
